The Southern Mansion provides many different areas for your special day, ranging from our genuine Victorian ballrooms, wraparound sun porches, banquet room and award winning gardens.

Why should you worry getting your guests on the beach and from the beach to the reception, fear the sand in your shoes or the inclement weather?

In case the rain will come uninvited The Southern Mansion is always open to welcome your special wedding ceremony inside. Our luxurious Victorian Ballroom will be an elegant place to create great memories for you and your guests!

And to make things even easier our on-site wedding officiant will perform the ceremony. Our wedding planner will help you with all the information you need to apply for a wedding license when you get married in cape May. Civil unions are welcome.
